    I cannot update to the recent sys software update and the libcomm as well. Always says download failed followed by network busy. Any thoughts?

     Keep trying as Autel Server has some problems its over loaded by many users......................

    I have had that same issue/error message, whenever I try I update using my cellphone
    as a hotspot. But I noticed if I used a standard WiFi connection thru a router instead of
    my cellphone, then it updates perfectly.

    Still no luck to this day. I've also tried 2 other networks as well and still get {network busy} try again. Autel support hasn't responded to my issue in 2+ months

    So now I cannot even get into the update menu at all. Just loads for a while than followed by (networkbusy)
